I am You broadband user since April **. I renewed my pack for a month on **th August **** but on **nd August ****, my internet stopped working and at the same time I received a sms from youbroadband saying there is a fiber cut issue (SS attached). After * days,i.e., **th August ****, I again received a sms informing the connection is up again (SS attached) but still my internet wasn't working. So i lodged a complaint via mobile (SS attached). Since then, I have called your customer support atleast **times but the issue is not yet resolved.
According to CS, the engineer was assigned, namely Sunil Kumar and Gurender Rohilla. After trying to reach Mr. Rohilla, incoming calls on his mobile is not accepted. Bringing this to light in front of CS, they assigned Mr. Sunil. Mr. Sunil first called me on **th August promising me to visit me on my location after * (because my working hours are *am-*pm) but he didnt bother to show up nor call me that he won't come. I had to take an early leave that day because of him. Next day i.e. **th Aug, he shows up at *:** PM saying there is some issue with the modem and promises to fix it by next morning before **AM. To get my net connection fix, i had to take a LWP (leave without pay) but this person didn't show up till *PM, he always told me he would come in an hour whenever I called him (which was atleast *-* times). Even after losing a day's pay , my net connection wasn't still fixed. According to him, there was some issue at backend and he told me he will check and then confirm. Since then, he stopped picking up my calls.
I have lodged few more complaints even to the supervisors that CS connects the customer. Ramayan Chutravedi ( the supervisor) assured me on *nd September **** that it will be fixed by *rd September **** which obviously didn't happen. Now another supervisor (whose name is Suraj Pandvi) says the same thing as your customer support and the other supervisor. Upon contacting Sunil Kumar (Engineer assigned) from new unknown number on *rd September **** eve, he said he has gone to visit his village and shared another number asked me to call him, Ajeet (and that Ajeet shared another number with me and asked me to call the person who is also a manager of Sunil). This person, manager of the engineer assigned, never picked up my call.
I have faced a lot of mental torture by now and even lose bucks more than I paid for my net renewal.
