Internet is down since **th. I have repeatedly reached out and escalated to Nodal officer and Appellate Authority regarding the same as we are working from home. I understand the weather and the rain, but all I have requested for is a call back from the technical or on field team so that they can give me an ACCURATE date as to when it will be resolved so that we can make arrangements accordingly. I have been given commitments of 'within next * hrs, ** hrs, ** hrs' everyday but there is still no internet. Shreyas, a nodal officer reached out on **st assuring that he will call me back the next day to tell me when it will be restored. I have till now not received a call and neither has he taken my call once. Nor has the customer service team called. Nor has the technical team called.
I am unable to understand why a paying customer cannot be called back and informed about the status of the complaint. This has severely impacted both my and my wife's working from home and has resulted in acute mental hasrassment
