This is the *rd day without the internet. I have been using ACT for the past few months and now we are facing a lot of problems even from the beginning. I have called support a lot of times but my issue has never been resolved. Using ACT is extremely frustrating and I have started to look elsewhere for the broadband connection. The sales person has spoken to us extremely rudely and is not picking our calls at all. We tried to make a new connection but the technician denied us a connection as the owner of the building we are currently residing is not permitting to install the junction box in the apartment. So the technician has removed the connection we already had coming from a different junction box and during Work from Home we are finding this extremely frustrating.
