I Have Been Using ACT Broadband Internet Connection Since *.* Years. Due To This Lockdown Situation I Am Leaving Bangalore City. Now I Have Placed The Disconnection Request And The Disconnection Request Was Taken By ACT. By Mistake I Have Made The Payment For This July Month But My Connection Is Already Disconnected. But Now ACT Is Not Refunding My Amount Back.
Pls Get The Refund Done.
Your ACT Fibernet Ticket No. SR************** Has Been Reopened.
They Are Simply Closing The Ticket Without Refund.
