On **th March ****, a shipment from Poole, GB, arrived at the Destination Country, New Delhi, India. The package was shipped using FedEx International Priority Shipping Service, which was supposed to deliver by **st March ****. But that day, it got a clearance delay and has been under the delay since then with no communication by FedEx. After writing *-* e-mails to various clearance agents, two agents replied that the shipment needed written Duty Confirmation which was provided to them within a matter of hours. Yet, there is no response and no update on the shipment, and god knows what happened or being happened to it.
