I am working in Saudi Arabia booked an international flight ticket through Goibibo.com on *nd March ****. It was from Yanbu, Saudi Arabia to Delhi, India via Jeddah and Mumbai on *th May **** through Saudi airlines and Jet Airways. I came to know Jet stopped their all international flights so I online requested to Goibibo for rescheduling. They send a message and promised to contact within * hrs to discuss the charges and process but nobody contacted. Then I tried more than *** times to reach them by their **x* help and given number +************ but these all resulted in zero as **x* is a bot chat system and mobile showed always busy due to the high volume of calls.
On **th Apr ****, I created an account on twitter especially for raising the concern over there. They responded and promised to resolve the issue but up to today ** Apr **** result is zero. Goibibo not clearing anything and I have to book a ticket for the same day. Ticket prices are rising very high on daily. This entire irresponsible act by Goibibo gave me full of mental torture and loss of money ***** INR if they don’t resolve the issue.
