- Internation romming plan cost communication was not given correctly and plan activated before I requ Open
I have some disputed bill issue with vodafone, and same has not been solved yet. I was asked to wait for the call from Vodafone and but instead of calling they directly stopped all service on my number.
Issue:. I requested vodafone executive to share the information on international roming plan and they told and confirmed me that plan cost is @*** for week basis that information I requested to activate this plan from * Mar"** till *-Mar-**
What went wrong: on monthly billing I was shocked to see my bill amount as the internnational romming plan cost was @**** and there was *** (excluding tax) added in my bill to continued my service because your executive activated this plan from **-Feb-**. However, I requested the same from *-Mar-**. Now vodafone team is adment on the fact that they will not revised the bill because there is no such plan of ***. However, i was not given the correct information for the plan cost also plan was activated before I requested. Please tell me why should only I bear the whole cost on account of wrong information from Vodafone?
*nd for last ** days, I have been following with vodafone to check my conversation with your executive but they are not ready to check and forcing me to pay the wrong bill amount. Also the outgoing call and net facilities have been stopped on my number without addressing my queries.
Finall since my outgoing call and internet was stopped and and I don't have other option to pay this wrong bill amount I requested vodafone to remove atleast my extra charges ***+ tax + late payment penalties but still forcing me to pay the as is amount mentioned on the bill
