HDFC ERGO General Health Insurance Co. Ltd - INSURANCE NOT SETTLED

Sir,

With reference to C************ , damages have been done of approx **,***/- amount but only ****.** approved and I have paid an additional ****/- amount to the Garage owner. The amount that HDFC Ergo has approved (****/-) will recover by HDFCergo by removing No Claim benefit during next renewal.

MY SIMPLE QUESTION IS WHY CLAIM REJECTED WITHOUT PHYSICAL SURVEY.WHY SURVEY NOT DONE BY SURVEYOR
I am reiterating the entire story for your ready reference as my request is not properly entertained by Grievance cell (Service ID=***-***-***') and Grievance cell itself diverting issue to Mr. Nitin rathod and enforce me to talk with him to resolve the issue.

We have approached Mr.Yogesh Mandaviya (Surveyor) for claim approval of claim but then he denied entire claim with remark that damage is not justified.Also his argument was that We have intentionally done damages.if we have done intentional damage then we would have brake it fully to demand replacement of pertaining part.But we have only ask for danting and policing of left side of vehicle.Upon my multiple request he has given me contact details of Mr. Nitin Rathod and after detailed discussed with Mr. Nitin rathore, he ensure me to do whatever possible by him.Also Mr.Yogesh Mandaviya has not done physical survey of car rather he ask to share photo of car from garage owner.If he has any doubt then he would have personally visit the gurage and accesses the actual damage that have been done to my car.

After approval, we came to know that only from left door damage approve by them.I have paid almost **k+ amount till date to HDFC Ergo with faith (by considering claim ratio of HDFC Ergo as per website) that whenever required , HDFCErgo will come along with us to bare damages.you can access the photo here I have attached with for your reference.Even small damages and scratches which are present Right/Front/Rear Side of car but I have never approached to HDFC Ergo for same.

We only expect to resolve genuine damages which are not being entertained by HDFC Ergo. We are not here to beg after paying the insurance premium from time to time .
