I have purchased mobile insurance for rs.****/- for my galaxy note lite and paid online on **.**.****. They said to upload photos of front and back panels and I did the same on **.**.****. But, till now they have not issued the insurance.when contacted , they say that verification of photos is in progress... its almost * days and still the insurance is not issued... kindly do the needful
