Policy Bazaar - Insurance copy didnot receive

Hi Vikash kumar this side.I bought a car insurance on ** feb as my policy was expering on ** feb from policy bazaar.I paid them amount ***** and they said you will receive copy with ** minutes.Then they said sir its techinical issue you will get in evening.As my policy expired but ill date i didnot receive any policy copy ,now they are saying you will get it on ** feb but copmany will not cover your vichle till you didnot get the policy but policy issue date will be ** feb.What can i do now ?.If challan happens nobody will take its responsibilty also if accident happens company will not cover my car.But policy issue date they are saying will ** feb not ** feb.
