I have purchased a TV from Flipkart. The details on the Flipkart stated that the free installation and demo will be done by Jeeves company on the day next to the delivery.
Day *: In the morning I got a message that the service engineer is assigned to me. I tried to call him. He committed me * different times of him coming and for both the time he failed and in the evening I got the message that my request is rescheduled.
Day *: I again got a call that the engineer is assigned to me and the same thing as day * happened again.
Day *: I tried to call their customer support and they routed that call to their branch manager. He committed my installation in * hour but again I got no call from anyone. I again tried to call their customer helpline number but the call never got connected.
My TV is still there in the box and we are literally mentally fed up by the approach of their engineers and support team.
