मैं पिछले * सालों से प्रीपेड एयरटेल उपयोगकर्ता हूं। पिछले हफ्ते एयरटेल ने कॉल दरों में वृद्धि के बारे में एक एसएमएस भेज दिया है और ** अगस्त **** को रिचार्ज की गई मेरी असीमित पूर्ण टॉकटाइम योजना को ** नवंबर **** तक वैध माना गया था, जिसके अतिरिक्त वर्तमान शेष राशि का लाभ उठाने के लिए एक नया रिचार्ज किया जाना चाहिए इसके अलावा, यदि रिचार्ज ** दिनों तक नहीं किया गया था तो आने वाली कॉलों को भी प्रतिबंधित कर दिया जाएगा। खरीद के समय यह कनेक्शन जीवन समय वैधता और मुफ्त आने वाली थी। संपर्क केंद्र, नोडल कार्यालय और अपीलीय प्राधिकारी ... सभी के पास एक ही शपथ है और वे इसके बारे में कुछ भी नहीं कर सकते हैं। यद्यपि राशि छोटी है लेकिन यह मानते हुए कि **% से अधिक एयरटेल प्रीपेड उपभोक्ता हैं और जिनमें से अधिकतर पूर्ण टॉकटाइम योजना का विकल्प चुनते हैं। इसलिए सामूहिक राशि कल्पना से परे है जो सीधे उनके वॉल्ट में जायेगी। मैंने एक संदर्भ संख्या या शिकायत संख्या मांगी, लेकिन वे कहते हैं कि शिकायत संख्या नहीं दी जा सकती क्योंकि यह किसी मामले पर विचार नहीं किया जा सकता है। मेरे पास एक मेल ट्रेल है जिसे साझा किया जा सकता है।
