DHBVN - Inflated Past Electricity Bill os Rs

I live in N-*, **, FF, DLF Phase * , Gurugram , with Electrcity Account Number **********. I have always paid my bill on time. I am a woman and I live alone . I have always paid my bill on time. in November I got a bill of Rs *,**,*** for * month , even though I get my bill once in two months. I was asked to deposit Rs **,*** . I filed a complaint and after * months now , they have given a new bill os Rs *,**,*** stating that my meter was faulty and that I was being given approx bill based on past bill for the same month from previous year since ****. First of al it is not MY fault that the meter was faulty , secondly even though the bill was incorrect it may have been incorrect by a few hundred rupees(given the fact that I stay alone ) . Even in peak summer I have never crossed Rs *,*** for * month , so the max amount that can be adjustable will be ***-*** Rs that would make it Rs **,*** for * years since **** . They gave me NO explanation for the Rs *,**,*** bill. I was out for entire month fo may still I am been given same bill as it was for May **** based on past month , past year . They said that even though I will not use any electricity they will send me bill for last year same month . This is bizzaree and a fault and a steal to a common citizen .
