DHBVN - Power cut not resolved

In my area there is power cut since ** am and i called on gurgaon electricity complaint number they said power will supply with in ** min i waited then again i called them there is a weather issue, power cut was only in a single phase other house getting electricity but *-* home does not getting electricity bcz of power failure, now i again called them they said there is a update till * pm, sometimes they doesn't pickup the call and whenever received the call put call on hold or disconnected call. This is so rude from the peoples working over there.
