SSChandel filed complaint against DHBVN on Aug 20, 2019
I live in Maruti Vihar. Since two months made a complaint that my meter reading is incorrect. Since the replacement of meters took place, the problem has worsened. The team has pasted a slip mentioning our House number but when the MCB trips, my neighbours power gets cut off. Our bill has always been in the range of ****(except the period when construction was goin on). Now for two months it has been generated for **,***Rs. We are not even using AC but my neighbour does. His bill is quite shocking only Rs *** for two months. How come this is even possible. twice the complaint has been made but these lazy and irresponsible govt officials have not done anything. Where to go now?? Are you people or dead?? Can you sort the problem with proper precision. Only Sending a worker does not help. the investigation has to take place.
