Satyam Kumar Mishra filed complaint against Make my trip on Nov 21, 2023
I had booked the flight ticket through Make My Trip on **th November **** by locking the price and had also paid the price lock anount of Rs.****.**, after that payment confirmation was also received through MakeMyTrip, And notification was also received through MakeMyTrip for Final payment of Rs.**,***.** will have to be made before ** November ****.....But when I started making the final payment on **th November, I was asked to pay Rs *****.**. I was surprised that even after locking the price, I was asked to pay an increase of almost **%.
After that, through the toll free number of Make My Trip, I spoke to the representative of Make My Trip on **th November ****, whose name was Simran Bhandari and the complaint number was ***************** but could not give any concrete reply..... After that. I again spoke to the representative of Make My Trip on **th November **** through the toll free number of Make My Trip, whose name was Abhishek Lakhera and the complaint number was ***************** but as he did not have any concrete information, he transferred the call to the floor supervisor whose name was Sandeep Kumar but he also could not give any concrete reply then I requested him to talk to his manager but he said that he is on leave today and will get the talk done on Monday but till now no one the call.
I am surprised and sad, I did not expect this kind of service from Make My Trip.
