Tatacliq.com - Incorrect refund amount received

I have received an incorrect refund amount. I have raised the complaint so many times but it is not resolved yet. Every time i get assurance from customer care agent that i will get the amount within * hrs . however , no amount received yet even after **days.
I will never recommend Tatacliq to anyone. Very pathetic customer service. This is not first time i have faced the issue.
