Dear Team,
I am from Mulund,Mumbai. I jave ordered two kurti sets for rupees **** from tailorvala.com. however, they have deivered completely different products. I have made a Cod to the delivery person. Despite raising yhe return and refund form twice, emailing to the team, I have not yet received any response from them. This has being super frustrating and customer dissatisfaction. It is not a small amount either.
Could you please look into this and get this sorted asap. I would be really thankful to you.
