I currently have a *** per month Vodafone plan. I recently visited Srilanka from **th to **th March. An international roaming plan was activated on my number without my knowledge and my number was charged accordingly. Almost *** Rs of call service and ****+ rupees of the internet was charged. No, the international plan is mentioned in any of the past bills. I demand to revoke these charges as these were without my knowledge. I have exchanged emails with the team however no attempt on resolving/understanding my issue is made.
