On **th April, I have contacted NoBroker Packers and Mover Service to vacate and shift things from my home on **th April ****.
The executive agreed and promised me to shift the things between * to * AM on **th April ****.
As I am working in night shift, I have completed my shift by *:** AM and waited for the shifting people's till *:** AM. As I wasn't received any call, I have contacted the vendor partner who assigned to vacate my home.
He said he cannot come and **th April **** afternoon itself he denied the request which I wasn't notified.
I was shocked by that response and wasn't able to contact anyone from NoBroker since the time was * AM.
Then I contacted the personally assigned movement manager at *AM also I wrote an email to grievance team.
Grievance team contacted me and promised that thet will assign another vendor to vacate and shift things from my home.
As promised another vendor got assigned to me in ** mins but when I contact the vendor he said that he will come at ** PM. Even for that too I agreed.
But even after * PM no one came again I have contacted them and they said they will come before * PM by TATA ACE vehicle but actually I was booked for TATA EICHER Vehicle even that vehicle not came till * PM.
I have a * year old kid I woke him up at *:** AM and I was not able to feed him as all my stove and other things are disconnected.
Even I didn't sleep the whole day.
I need to get a good compensation amount from them as my family mentally suffered just because of NoBroker. Here with I will attach all the emails and voice record as an evidence.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
