- Incorrect Bill Amount Open
Previously I was using a family postpaid plan(* members) and once the tariff for increased I decided to quit that and look for individual plans.
So went to the store directly and said the same, they processed that request.
As per the request all other individuals got separate bill(***+tax) but for no alone the bill for generated for family plan itself(****+tax).
After contacting customer service for several time they agreed the mistake and they waived of only *** currently they are asking me to pay Rs.***.
Which I think not fair.
