In reference to Ticket # ************ and my conversation with your customer executive - Fiza:
To express my utter disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your platform today. My recent order, which was supposed to be a simple and timely delivery, turned into a complete nightmare.
To begin with, my order was delivered a whole hour late, and what's worse is that the restaurant is located nearby. This delay is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the proximity of the restaurant to my location.
But that's not all. When I finally received the order and checked it, I was shocked to find that I had been sent only a single paratha instead of the two that I had ordered. This is not just a minor mistake, but a glaring oversight that showcases the lack of attention to detail and quality control on your part.
In an attempt to address these issues, I raised a complaint through the Swiggy App. After some back and forth, I was connected with your customer executive, Fiza. To my disbelief, the resolution offered was a mere refund of Rs. **. I fail to understand why only **% of the order value is being refunded when the entire experience was marred by delays, incorrect items, and a complete lack of customer satisfaction.
Let me be clear: I have not received the service I paid for, and the entire experience has tested my patience beyond measure. Your services have proven to be highly disappointing, and I am left questioning the quality and reliability of your platform.
I demand a more appropriate resolution to this matter. I expect a full refund for the order, as well as a sincere apology for the poor service and the inconvenience caused. It is evident that your platform needs significant improvements in terms of both service quality and customer support.
