No Broker - Improper Service from NoBroker Very Bad Response from Higher officials

I have booked a service for Modular Kitchen from NoBroker, the service completion had a lot of issues. Now its been * months from the date of deliver all the ply woods are damaged/ bulged and the locks are improper now. When I raise a complaint the are not ready to respond properly and a lot of delay in each response.
