Jijisurendran filed complaint against HDFC Credit cards on Jul 18, 2019
It is for the overdue of payment pending on my credit card. I have paid the actual final settlement amount through another account and I have deregistered the card after settlement. But now they are imposing over the amount for closing the account. I really don't know why they are imposing the amount. I was clearly said that I am ready for the final settlement and closure of the credit card. After they negativate my debit account without any prior information. Hence I can't even pay my EMI properly it becomes bounced. Payment of Rs ***** was they said at the initial conversation had with the executive member. Could you please check this and help me to deactivate my credit card account without any further payment.
