Dear Sir/Madam,
I am sawmendra patnaik from mumbai.I have taken HDFC credit card and i was with jet airways i lost my job i was unable to dues so i emailed bank for settlement,and called on various nos as well. But there was no resolution to it. My Card got blocked in Nov ** and they are still charging to my card. today on **th sep ** , i got a call from hdfc collection team saying my card amount due is ***** and i need to pay ***** for settlement. They are charging for me the card that is blocked its like paying for the treatment to hospital for a dead person. Request to look into this matter as they must be fooling so many people and resolve my issue . Thanks
