- Illegal termination ^Open

Respected All,

My name is lalit upadhyay emp code KMBL****** Joined kotak on *rd oct **** with high expectation as like everyone can with big reputed organisation kotak mahindra bank. Unfortunately I have to write you about this incident because of noone is ready to listen me at my level. My LH (sahul) denied to my KAM (Neeraj) for to approve my attendence in last month Only for to harass me still spe attendance is pending. Sahul told me many times I will get you terminated And used unprofessional language many times one day I told to sahul LH of noida "sir my attendence is pending due to reason of approval if you have any issue with me please connect to HR" Attached screen shot of this. He take this personally and start to harass me all time from that day. He always told me to reach office daily there was no roster for me because of his ego. I always ignored this all because of superior. He called me again and again just to trouble me. He was scolding me, One day he asked to gaurd for to stop me on gate of noida office only just to trouble me on the Basis of timing, while other employees were entering into the office attached screen shot of this also, guard is the witness of this incident. After that he mis behaved with me on same day, but I always keeps on ignoring the things because of super boss. He asked me to send DSR of previous month I sent him but only for to trouble me he said send me DSR of every minute you can understand what was the way to trouble me. On same day he told me to meet with HR. My leg was Disbalanced on that day so I said "sir please postponed this meeting for any other day" but he demanded medical certificate I said will provide it to HR please you talk to him if very urgent he was calling me again and again, sending me msg again and again for medical certificate he already told me earlier that I will destroyed your carrier, on same day he said will get you terminate I seen many people like you so I wrote him ''do whatever you want but please don't harass me I don't know what happened to you but you are really getting irritate me dont talk bulshit like this" on this discussion Gurgaon HR Shitanshu tiwari call me and ask me to resign without any discussion, when I tried to mke him clear why I wrote this he said this is not a discussion forum we have decided you can't work with kotak and give me opportunity to resign, I denied for to resign he terminate me without any notice. And my manager (Neeraj) has not any info regarding this termination as he said.


I has been terminated on ** nov and still working, I handover ** employees New COCO to manager on ** nov if I was terminated on ** then why manager call me for new Coco docs means still **th Nov I don't have any information about my termination, I drop msg to HR but no response till now.


Now I just want to know the clarification from all of you, is this really the enough reason for to terminate to a employee it's clearly showing how was the intention of sahul to destroy my career.

*Is there no HR policy for subordinate, Manager can do whatever he want.

*Anybody has a right to destroy the personal and professional life of subordinate only for to justify his ego.


Is this really the policy of kotak mahindra to destroyed the career of their employees, first time this happened with me in my * year career , I am too worried about my future who would provide me job on this termination, I am single earning person of * members in my family how would I manage my family expenses. If I will get suicide because there is no career for me in banking industry then who will take care of my family. Mr. Sahul rizvi has destroyed my professional and personal life only for to justify his ego as he said will destroy my career, and HR has decided to terminate me without any single discussion only for the reason because I was against his harassment and misbehave.

All discussion is front of you now I request you all to decide on this discussion am I really did misbehave with Manager and it's a big crime for to destroy the life with termination so HR terminated me if it is so Mr. Sahul should be terminated before me. If my career will no more my life will no more. My career is in your hand I expect full justice from my organisation management and I expect, will get justice and will do work again in kotak.

Your decision would be final step for me to get justice from kotak whatever it will, Please stop to get destroyed my career now my career and my life is in your hand.
