- Ignorance in return and refund Open
I bought a Bosch * kg Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine (WAK*****IN, Silver, Inbuilt Heater) from amazon.in worth rs ***** /- through my credit card on ** Jan **. and i got a damaged product on * Feb ** . So i raised return of the product on the next day with amazon sending the damaged pictures through mail. the return has been raised on ** Feb ** bit still now there is no response from them. despite repeated calls and mails there is no reply from thier customer service. My money had been blocked by them from for last ** days for a damaged product. Apart from that me and my wife have wasted a lot of time talking to them adding much turmoil. they are not processing my refund citing the reason i am cancelling the return which is total nonsense. i really lost my patience talkin eith them every two days and listening thier same version.
