My Mistake or Your Blunder : OD******************
Dear Sir,
I ordered a *kg Fully automatic washing machine for my parents from my first salary thought it would bring some smiles on their faces. Thanks for the quick delivery. But who knew that, Flipkart was trying to clear out their defective stock through this sale gimmick.
On **th Oct I received this machine and your installation person came on **nd Oct. When he opened the box, he exclaimed that our machine was also same as other defective machines he had opened earlier in the morning. He clicked photos of the damaged parts and asked us to lodge a complaint. I called Flipkart and requested for replacement. My technician visit was scheduled for **th Oct. But on **th when i opened this app and I found that my replacement request has been cancelled (Replacement ID:********************) because some fictional technician from seller have resolved our problem in his own dreams and updated issue resolved. Again I had to call for reporting this issue. This time your senior executive Mr. Rahul assured me that he would track this issue and make sure that it would not happen again .A new replacement request generated and technician date scheduled to **th Oct. But on **th itself I am again finding my replacement request to be cancelled. (Replacement ID:********************). After few hours, I received a confirmation that they have successfully placed my replacement request (Replacement ID:********************). I thanked God after much struggle you have accepted this request. According to it, pickup had to be arranged before *th Nov and final delivery has be done before **th Nov. I trusted you people. But I think that is my biggest mistake. Again after *nd Nov, I started receiving calls from you people, that you will arrange pickup before expected date. I said it’s OK, if you are doing it before time. But on *th Nov, when I checked my Flipkart App, I found that expected pickup date has been shifted to **th Nov and delivery date to **th Nov. After multiple calls and unsuccessful attempts, I came to know that , your customer executive don't know any proper reason for this delay.
I spent hours to report these issues which is not only wasting my time but also creating mental pressure and giving torture to me. The things which should bring smiles on our faces have become a thing of mental harassment for us. I don’t know, why your grievance cell is ignoring people after selling them defective items. If this would remain the case, then I can assure you people who have trusted will no longer remain with you.
I have been shopping from Flipkart from past * years, always trusted your service but this time really have to cry a lot for not using Amazon (as suggested by others) for buying this product.
The item that was expected to be delivered and started usage by **th Oct, is still pending with you. Instead of using that appliance at this point of time, I am writing these mails to you.
I want proper compensation for this misbehavior and harassment to me.
