I purchased a stove from ibell and one of its burner has stopped working after a few months. I have been trying to get hold of the customer support but to my surprise they don't have any. Then I found a whatsapp number which is the only way to file complaint. I have been talking to them for months... It takes days for them to reply and replies will be so epic that I sometimes feel like giving up. I have spent so many hours to get a response. After writing a *** words message begging them for the support you might get a one liner useless response from them that too after days. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUT FROM IBELL
