I purchased online an induction cooktop ibell from Amazon on **/**/** with an extended warranty. The product stopped working on **/**/**. I contacted customer support , they told to do some formalities and I do accordingly. The customer supporter told me that the board of cooktop is damaged and it has to be replaced. They told me that we send you a new cooktop board to replace the old one. But after ** days product is not reached at my home and call them once more . They told me that it shows some error,it can not be delivered now. I hundreds of tme call them but they didn't bother to pick up the call.
