I purchased an induction cooktop from ibell with extended warranty. The product stopped working after some time regarding which I contacted ibell customer support. They sent me a defective part and when I told them that the part didn't work, they asked me to get it repaired myself and they will reimburse for the charges incurred. I did the same and sent them the receipt and my bank details after which they stopped responding. After multiple attempts also there was no response from their end, neither I got my money reimbursed. Worst customer service I have ever seen. NEVER buy anything from IBELL!!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
