Flipkart - I want to return this product I have Received Defective Dead phone received

I took a Motorola brand phone but the phone did not turn on, I recorded the open box video and the video made after putting it on charge, the phone is completely dead, which is found to be a defective phone, but the solution is not found properly and There is no service center in my pin code, I am being visited by some other service center but I don't have enough time to get the reimbursement done, I have to go to a different country for traveling, which is on a date and it is very close, so understand this. It should be given and the process of refund should be done instead of replacement. We also complained about this issue on the National Consumer Helpline but Flipkart refused. I am not getting any help. Now I have filed an e-mail in the consumer court to read the case.
