Extramarks - I want to refund my invested amount
Mirza younis ahmad filed complaint against Extramarks on May 23, 2022
I did my admission of my ward in extramarks after attending in class my son complaint that I am not understanding during online class on that very day I made a complaint and asked them to refund my earnest money of Rs ***** .After repeated requests they refused to refund my amount . I need to sue them in a court of law.
Please help me in this connection so that I can refund my heard earned amount at earliest .
