Recently I booked a room in Oyo and that hotel said that no available rooms at that time but I paid a partial amount for that booking they transferred to another hotel they also canceled because of the availability issue, then I got the confirmation that there will be a refund for that cancellation and it is initiated towards my account and after that, I tried to contact the customer support but nobody has diverted me to customer support, I'm checking the refund status daily it's showing check after **min. now suddenly they were connected and said it's more than * days and we are not gonna process your refund. They don't notify me prior to this concern. I'm not at all satisfied with the Oyo at all I need a strong solution for this.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
