I recieved delivery for my order yesterday.
Order id is : #FM*****. I placed order for Charlotte chikankari kurta set- S and Handblock sharara set- S in the mid season sale which has offer of buy * get * free. I paid Rs.**** for it.
And I have received totally different products also with poor quality. It contains a saree and a kurta which I didn’t expect and I am really disappointed with the service and want either replacement with the correct products as mentioned above or the refund.
I’ve been trying to contact by sending mails and complaints but haven’t received any reply and now the website is also unavailable.
Receiving totally wrong products is literally a scam and I want my money back.
