I got some problem in my boult earbuds x**. When I raise a issue they asked me to ship it to them and they will give me courier charges and also will provide me my earbuds within ** hours after delivery, after resolving my issue..
But it's nearly ** days of delivery and I haven't received any update from them... They are not responding to my emails..
