I had ordered the boult clarity * ear buds which were detective then I spent delivery charges to send the product to service center after when I received a replaced product it was also detective and I had to spent again delivery charges to send it to service center that clearly means the company customer support is not operating effectively and there is no way to complaint directly to company there is no help line person to talk to such a worst service ever found in my life I am so disappointed from such behavior

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
