Boult Audio - Courier charge not refunded

On May **, ****, I raised a warranty claim for my Boult earbuds. Since there is no service center in Tumkur, I was instructed to send the product to their designated address, with the promise of a refund for the courier charges. I shipped the earbuds via DTDC's economy mode courier, incurring a cost of ₹***, along with additional expenses for petrol and my time.

Boult's service center eventually provided a link and voucher code for claiming the refund, and I followed their instructions meticulously. However, as of July **, ****, I have not received any reimbursement.

I have attempted to contact them via phone and WhatsApp, but their phone line seems non-functional. Their WhatsApp support is incredibly slow, often taking more than half an hour to respond, and sometimes not responding at all. My most recent attempt to reach them took over an hour with no success.
