I ordered puma shoes in stock in your company Tata cliq on **/**/**** and after payment made by phonepe (UPI mode), the order was confirmed and delivery on **/**/**** Started showing but when I checked the status, it looked refund successful on **/**/**** but I did not get any refund, after that I contacted the officials in tata cliq, then they told that your order has been canceled. Because the product that you ordered is not available and refunded your payment, But if you refunded my payment, then you give me some proof of that which you are giving me the reference number ************, then the UTR number of my payment transfer is ************, Which I am sending by attached and the order has been canceled by you and my payment is still refund has happened
Therefore, you are requested to give me the correct information of the payment refund along with proof please
