Tata Cliq Luxury - Empty Package Delivered

On **th September ****, I placed an order on Tata Cliq Luxury (Order ID: *********) for an Adidas Dark Grey Motorsport Backpack, sold by My Car Uni Pvt Ltd.
When the parcel was delivered, the box contained only an empty piece of cardboard instead of the actual product. I have proof photographs of the package and its contents.
I immediately raised a complaint with Tata Cliq. Shockingly, the complaint was closed on the grounds that the seller and courier rejected the claim, without even considering my side as a customer. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
I paid full price for a premium product and received nothing.
Tata Cliq Luxury claims to sell high-end luxury products, yet they do not provide open-box delivery for expensive items, which makes it easy for sellers to scam customers.
Their excuse of “quality check” cannot be used as proof in a court of law, nor can it justify denying the customer’s rightful claim.
This experience is not only financially unfair but also mentally exhausting. Customers should not have to go through such harassment after paying their hard-earned money. It feels like a deliberate loophole for the seller, Tata Cliq, and the courier to pass blame around and avoid accountability, leaving the customer scammed.
I am demanding either an immediate refund or delivery of the product. If not resolved, I will have no choice but to take legal action in Consumer Court against the seller, Tata Cliq, and the courier, and also lodge an FIR for fraudulent activity.
Such practices are damaging customer trust and must be addressed to prevent others from being cheated in the same manner.
