Tata Cliq Luxury - Recieved defective product

Ihave ordered sunglasses order id- ********* .and i got the genuine damaged product. am unhappy and raised the return mentioning clearly recieved damaged and defective product.and returned the product.now got mail the refund cant be processed because of quality check has failed. i have received the damaged product in the first place now you are saying quality check has been failed. Its already been * normal days and * working days completed i didnt got any solution from there end. When i contacted there custumer support they are saying we are working on it again and again but no solution yet. I already logged acomplaint in NCH they didnt help me . They said seller send you the good product. Refund not possible . But what is the proof the seller send damaged product or it didnt got damaged in shipping process. I seen so many complaints not resolved regarding tata cliq.in youtube twiter customers are crying for not getting complaints resolved. The consumer has to lose for there mishandling.
