I have placed an ordered few days ago on club factory and then i came to know that india banned ** chinese apps which included club factory also.
Today i received my parcel which made me happy. But then when i opened it i received the wrong product which pissed me off. And now i just dont know if my parcel will be exchanged for the item i ordered or atleast will i get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
