Croma A Tata Product
- I have ordered SanDisk 480 GB USB 3 2 TypeC Solid State Drive 520 MB s Read Speed SDSSD SSD but ord Open
i have ordered SanDisk E** *** GB USB *.* (Type-C) Solid State Drive (*** MB/s Read Speed, SDSSDE**-***G-G**, Dark Blue) from croma store online site on **th Jan **** , but when i have ordered i got to know that i have ordered and older version so i have requested for cancellation so i called the croma customer care and requested for the cancellation and they have given me request number as SR*********** and i have waited for *days and they have nit checked anything , i called them many times and told to cancel the order but they only raised request and done nothing for that. On **th Jan **** i received message that my order will be delivered today by bluedart with order id #SLE***EC******* and tracking number as *********** and the bludart team has showed the order as delivered.But, i did not recieved the product. I called the bluedart team on **** *** **** but call is not going , i have tried many time but no luck. I explained the issue to croma and they have told that cancellation request is in process and we cannot do anything for this as we can only see bluedart mentioned the product as deleivered. The point here to note as they have tried *-* times as out of delivery and its been rejected as well, still they have shown as delivered. Please find the reference screenshot. Please help me on this concern.
