I have been cheated by the company 'toothsi' into paying the EMI
I took a free doctor's appointment, I told doctor I am not sure whether I want to take this aligners or not, Doctor told me that I need to pay the booking amount which can be cancelled anything just by giving call to customer support, even before making the payment I asked the Doctor regards cancellation charges multiple times but he didn't update me anything regards charges also he only filled my form in his laptop which we didn't even know, he processed our payment everything from his side.
I immediately cancelled my plan next day but now its been * months they are continuously deducting amount from my account and not responding properly to my calls. They are adding cancellation charges and what not which their sales(Doctor) had mentioned that the EMI would cancelled easily by just giving a call to customer care, dont worry. Also, inspite of all this I am receiving no support from the company and they are just delaying way too much.
