I am facing lots of issue regarding the classes and Management.
They Trappe parent by doing fake promises that the have flexible policy regarding the Teacher AND CLASS timing . I have told them many time that we need morning batch but they are just saying that we cant. always a rude reply i am getting from there management team. Teacher is also taking leaves,
it been * month and i have raised **+ tickets but no solution is provided. we only had *-* classes in * months.
At the time of enrolment for *:* batch The councilor told me that we can cancel the plan after ** classes and then when we enrolled they just showing there no refund policy for *:* then y the councilors are doing fake promises....
please do not enroll your kid in plant spark they are the biggest fraud
councilor (Ayush Rai )Trapped me by saying u can terminate the *:* class before ** classes. but there is something else written in there so called policy
they have the worst communication channel. if the councilor told u that he will call u, he will never call after *-* days till then u will be having zero response from the management.
Now I am stuck with this fake and incapable Plant spark because of their fake promises.
The current councilor (Arham Kareem )is also not calling/ sending mails for any updates. For every solution he is saying we cant do this this is not in our policy that what they are providing ?
they are misbehaving with Parents,
One of there teacher also misbehaved with My * year old Daughter.
The Current teacher is not taking the class, we dint had classes since long back
the team didn't have the decency to inform on any thing.
they always say that they will provide the best solution and I cannot see that at all since * month.
i have paid ****/ till date but had only *-* classes...
I have paid for the service and I am not going to beg for the same *** times in front of the management team. I am fed up with the team.
They Are Highly incapable for provide solution and services.
