** December ****, i bought a samsung *.*ch soundbar hw b*** from realiance digital store. But i got a faulty soundbar which makes cracking sound in **-**% of volume. It can't play piano sound properly, makes lots of noise. So i did a complain in samsung customer care number. But they didn't send any technician to check my product. Whenever i call them to knw my status they say to me, they will send a technician in ** hours. But they don't send
