I paid the amount of rs **** regarding an order from Rare Rabbit and I also received receipt from The house of rare but my order was not placed and I already sent a mail to the support team regarding my order and I did not received any reply from them,I contacted the customer team and they replied me the refund will be credited within ** hrs, it has been already ** hrs and I the amount was not credited.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
