I had the worst experience with this fraud brand marketing all over social media. I ordered trousers on their website and they delivered the wrong size. I applied for an exchange, however, the exchanged trousers never came even after * months since they took back the wrong size trousers. Sent multiple emails and made several calls, only to receive false commitments and no resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
