I ordered total ** products worth Rs **,***.
*. One product returned - Alfo green pullover viscose - **days gone - did not receive refund.
*. One product cancelled when sent for exchange - plain mens light weight sweatshirt beige - ** days gone - did not receive refund
*. One product asked for exchange *nd time - Arvon track pant Yellow to off white - No response from customer service or from mail department.
*. One product asked for exchange *nd time - Chara plain sweatshirt Green L to-- Chara Green M and
Then Chara Green M to-- Lucas mens fleece sweatshirt Green M which was same price as told by customer service. But delivery boy asked me to pay extra *** Rs today. At the time of order, the customer service told i do not need to pay any extra amount as it is same price. Today they changed the statement. It looks like cheating customers. Other received products are also more than *.* years old products and not upto mark

I tried to call customer service of rare rabbit at **:** Am and **:** on **Jan****. The customer service person was very rude. I asked him to transfer to one of his higher senior, but he was behaving badly. I donot understand why do you keep such idiots in your customer service tele callers when they do not know the issue or they might not properly trained.

Soo horrible and worst customer service i have seen in my life.

I did not get the refund for * of the products still and the *rd product they told which they deliver is not yet delivered, *th product not delivered but asked for extra ammount. It looks like the house of rare do not have proper team to do any business and is trying to fool customers.
