- I apply for SBI BPCL credit card and received SBI IRCTC credit card Closed

is by the representative/employ of SBI credit cars offer me to make SBI BPCL credit card on dehalf of it i fill the form and give document to him. (HAVING A COPY OF FORM I HAVE FILLED) But the time i have received card it was of IRCTC credit card. I call on customer card to resolve the issue but there i am not getting any response from them.
